Does anyone know a program for the old dragonballz score entertainment game?

I would like to desgin dragonballz cards. I was wondering if there was a dragonball z score entertainment card making program like this yugioh one? Or is there a way where i can make them without a card making program, like what printer or paper do i use?

Dragonballz cards, are they still being made? I have no idea if there's a dragonballz card maker, unless you want to implement it yourself, I don't think there's any popular demand. Try searching around the darker corners of google and you may find one.
