This chapter made me hate Kubo. If Gin actually did what he did, then it's an Asspull. If he was just under hypnosis the whole time, then it's a Villain Sue. <_<

...No?

This makes sense. You think of it as an Asspull because you think that villains are unable to lie.

Gin knows what he's doing. Aizen will not die yet. If Aizen was fast enough, he would activate the hypnosis and trick Gin because he knew he would betray him. Instead, Gin attack Kyouka Suigetsu in time before the hypnosis and stopped it. Then he stabbed Aizen with his bankai. Aizen explained that he knew it would happen, but he forgotten when Gin knew about his weakness. Explains?

Aizen have Hougyouku guys! He can just wish, "I'm immune to GIn's poison." and Hougyouku will make it happen!

Hougyouku. Your own personal wishing device.

Actually, if you look closely, you can see the Hougyoku on the last page - a small, black orb near Gin's hand.

That black dot, just above Gin's head, is that the Hogyoku?

I believe it is. It could be something else, but I don't see the...

*puts on shades*

...the point.

YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH

Aizen would still have the POWER OF HOUGYOKU, I HAVE THE POWER if it was attached to his physical body. We know that what we see is real; Gin has escaped Kyouka Suigetsu's ability and thus, so have we. Aizen's physical body is torn apart by Kamishini no Yari. He might not be dead, but he's not much of a threat.

does no one listen i'm almost 87% sure aizen is still using Kyouka Suigetsu's ability and what gin stabbed is thin air, aizen lied to gin and if not the hougyoku has increased his zanpaktou's power and dispelled his weakness.

We've learned from the AizenVsYamamoto fight that Kyouka Suigetsu is limited to the five basic senses, which apparently don't include sensing reiatsu if you're powerful enough. Aizen doesn't expect an attack from anyone now; he knew that Gin wanted to kill him, but certainly didn't expect it to happen now. He didn't come crazy prepared, like with the aforementioned fight.

What you're saying would require Aizen to use Kyouka Suigetsu earlier, which would've meant that Gin would have done this earlier. Gin knows that he loses his chance at killing him once Aizen releases his sword and will thus act before Aizen releases his sword.

"Dispelling its weakness" would be integrally changing the Zanpakuto and thus Aizen's soul. Not to mention that such a change would be highly impractical for Aizen; he would no longer be immune to Kyouka Suigetsu himself.

That's what I said. Sort of.

Spoilers are up. To make them short.

[spoiler=Spoiler]

Azien no die, Gin really hurt. >_>

From what I can tell the chapter has a lot of flash back seemingly showing why Gin attacks Azien. Still i'm not that sure.

And they are called "spoilers" for a reason.

[spoiler=Spoiler]

I'm gonna need better translations to make any definite statements, but it looks like Aizen tried to seize the Hougyoku from Urahara in the past, probably around the time of his exile. He has also attacked Rangiku at some point.

Butterfly wings are random. Very random.

.... [spoiler=Spoiler]

Butterflaizen? I leave for a few weeks, and Bleach has gone and got even more retarded?! I swear, if Ulqui was not in Bleach in the first place...

Also, Traitorgin could not have been more obvious if they tried. Oh wait, they did.

EDIT: Also, I have a theory on why Ichigo gained UBerhax powers against Ulqui... At least, what I think was Kubo's thought.

[spoiler=Potential Spoiler?]

When Ulqui shot Ichigo, it caused the Hollow Hole he had in Full Hollow form to expand. Couple that with Orihime's cries to the dying Ichigo, and he evolved. I hate Kubo for that... Orihime, I like. Ulqui, I like. Ichigo... I hate, except for IchiHime.

NOTE: Kubo said Ichigo is not a Vasto Lordes as he is not a True Hollow.
