I think that he forgot that Yammy was still alive and he remembered he thought that if someone that weak is alive then it would be stupid. His first idea was to give Yammy super special awsome powers even thought almost every Bleach Fan that I know hates Yammy. Also first Stark was the strongest due to being number 1.
