 [spoiler=Let me get this straight...]

1) Anything she hits with her blast becomes a bomb.

2) Komamura summons his bankai against her, which is essentially a giant target for her ability to hit.

3) Odds are that he can still feel everything that happens to it...

4) If he could control his shikai (Like a captain should) he'd have an ability to use against her that could not only vanish after use, but be projected at her in a kamikaze-style attack pattern after being turned into a bomb.

Does this man want to win a Darwin award?

Anyone else think it's just coincidence that the "Wisdom" King has a mustache?

Anyway, the explanation didn't seem symbollic, it seemed more to me like he was saying that he wasn't fighting to live, he was fighting to protect, like Ginryusai. The psycho-girl quincie couldn't understand that because she wasn't the type to fight for anything but herself.

Wasn't a bad chapter for me since Komamura's one of my favorite characters from this series, but I wish this final battle of his was against someone...better.

I don't really remember this girl's deal at all, she might as well be a random Fraccion from the Espada arc in regards to how little I care for her.

Or any of the Quincies.

But yeah, I like Komamura kicking a*s. Makes the arc end faster.

If memory serves she is like letter E (her power is the Explode). So that would put her around 5th strongest. But yea, Kubo hasn't done much to build up or make us care about the villians. Like, I like her well enough since I like crazy character thats just seem to be having fun. At least with the Espada he gave a decent amount of focus to some of them and made most the others at least cool. The Quincies have been very bland.

Yeah. Each individual letter's introduction has been pretty rushed. I don't see anyone getting nearly enough background compared to most of the Espada.

I also already kinda wanna know what the Quincies came to be from. From what I understand, they were humans that didn't like how Shinigami did stuff, so they suddenly started having powers to not just kill, but completely delete the existence of their targets.

They also somehow have a 1000+ -year old boss.

Since I also don't know what the deal is with the spirit king and Urahara's plot, I'm guessing that's somehow connected in some way?

I liked E's design, but I really hate the character.

Help me understand something here.

She is a blatant villain. So is Doflamingo from One Piece. Why is it that he is so awesome as a character, and she feels really dull and boring to me?

I'm trying to look for what it is that Kubo is lacking here.

Flamingo had a whole air of mystery around him for YEARS. This made him a ton more interesting. He is also smarter and for villians this generally makes them more interesting. Side from that she is more or less following orders. Flamingo just does what he wants and again, this makes the villian better most of the time.

Kubo has done a bad job pacing his story for a long time now. What he uses a chapter for could have been made into half a chapter by others. That aside I enjoyed this chapter well enough. Not really 100% sure on what was going on, but I didn't think anything was bad. When I read it again in next weeks jump it might make more sense.
