But seriously

There's symbolism and foreshadowing everywhere in Bleach if you pay attention

It obviously doesn't impact the quality of the series to any significant degree, but there was not a single twist in the series that wasn't foreshadowed to some extent, even the much-maligned Yammy as the 0 Espada and H2 Ichigo moments- both could be seen from a mile away (and were rather obvious)

Show me.

Show me.

his inner hollow explicitly stated he was gonna show up again in chapter 221

The Espada died in the exact order of their numbers. As soon as Nnoitra died it should've been obvious that Yammy was different

I could probably find several others but these are the blatant "IF YOU KNOW SHOUNEN THIS SHOULD BE OBVIOUS" ones

To be completely honest, Bleach was the best in the first arc. It did well as a school-life horror action series.

After that, it became an inferior DBZ.

Nope, don't do it. Bleach was great up until the Fullbringers Arc and onwards. I admit, it had it's ups and downs but every manga does. Don't say that it wasn't as good as the beginning and don't compare it to Dragon Ball. Why don't you compare Friendship is Magic to Powerpuff Girls while you're at it.

The weakest part of the Fullbring arch, was most likely how anti-climatic it's conclution was.

I kinda expected that, after the giant DBZ-like scenes and Deus Ex Machina that Kubo pulled at the end of Aizen's fight, the author had realized how far it was from his original premise, and that he needed to go back to the old days (not to mention most of his original main crew became more useless in comparison to Ichigo as time passed). It kinda made sense to me that he would have wanted to give Ichigo a sort of re-start.

The mind stress in Ichigo's stress from the fullbringers was enjoyable.

but then it fell into "it was my plan because I was the main villain that made you think he was the villain after the supposed discovery that I wasn't really the villain".

and at the end, Shinigami members come along and kill most of the bad guys for Ichigo. Particularly, Zaraki's fight lasts like, 5 panels, and only about 2 of them have action.

Among some bad points in it, I was starting to believe that Chad was going to be baddas, and that Ichigo was going to have to work his a$$ off to get back on pair with him, that Orihime was going to make up for her lack of relevance during Aizen's war, that Uryu's appearance was going to symbolize the return of their conflicting with one another as the rivals I thought they were going to be back in Uryu's first appearance.... we all know how those things ended up. Ichigo once more climbing from 0 to above his friends in the blink of an eye, and we still don't know the reason he is suppoed to be able to do that.

Ichigo blatantly not wanting to know the story of his dad back when fighting against Aizen, seemed too unrealistically convenient for the plot being able to keep it a secret... but I'm getting side-tracked here.

The fullbring arch was doing well to me, but the ending of it was dissapointing, once again at least to me, and the fullbringers were not foreshadowed before, and were not mentioned much (if at all) afterwards. Ichigo getting his powers back was the only meaningful part that separates them from filler...... I see them as filler...

FINALLY. Jeez, I didn't think it would take him that long to die-- I mean, er... I'm sad. But seriously, I'm glad that Ichigo finally seems seriousmad. He's never seemed like this before. Too bad the situation is so familiar. :T I'm really hoping to see his new Hollow powers. I'm also really really hoping that he doesn;t use Final Getsuga. That would seriously mess sh*t up. I mean, it'd be like a character using an attack that kills them then they survive and do it again later. It just kills it, y'know?

My sentiments.

I don't like how he managed to milk a whole chapter just for Ichigo's return. I feel like any other mangaka would've been able to draw that chapter in like 7 pages.

I felt like the newer chapter was only 7 pages. I mean, it felt really short. Very very little information was given in this chapter. All we got was that Ichigo is back and Byakuya's death was strongly implied a second time.

The Espada died in the exact order of their numbers. As soon as Nnoitra died it should've been obvious that Yammy was different

While I can't comment on the obviousness of Yammy being different, Harribel clearly outlived all the other Espada, including Barragan and Starrk (although this might just be special for rank Tres since there's also Nel's situation).

There's also the fact that it only made sense to have the cast fight the Espada in numerical order, as their number reflects their strength.

I'll also throw out there that Grimmjow might also still be alive.

I think we can all agree Bleach should have just ended after Aizen was beaten. Had that been the finale I actually would have been very happy. But no, we're going to need to sit through at least another 100 chapter before we can finally see this to the end and its not going to have that same feeling that chapter 423 had.

I agree, ending it at the scene where Rukia and Ichigo bid farewell would have been more than suffice for me. Rather now we have a poorly put together script of a final arc.
