So much....just so much coming at the same time...

[spoiler=Spoiler]

So apparently Squad 12 is getting the screentime they need; Seems Jidanbou is under hypnosis and it may correspond to the Quincy. Since Opie was given rank/letter "J", his special ability is imprisonment. If all Quincy's abilities to do Letz Stil and absorb bankais are similar, then they have a basic strong ability that differs them from other Quincy. Thus letters. And I have to say, so much action is being thrown in, at one time it's exhilarating, but everything's a confusion...

I bet 50$ on Grimmjow. No other Shinigami could be out there and this is probably one of the other options. That or it's just Loly/Meoly or the Tres Bestias.

I bet it's Grimmjow, since he knows how to use cages like the one Ichigo is in. Odds are, he'll know a way out as well.

Just started watching Bleach early last week, and I'm absolutely hooked on the show. I think I'm on 71-72 at the moment, and it's been pretty awesome so far save for a few fillers. Question is, I've had so many people tell me the show only gets worse. Is that true?

If you're an experienced Bleach fan, you'll find that the plot weakens and just gets boring altogether. Compared to other animes, Bleach just seems overrated and it just doesn't compare. The plot recycles itself and changes to-so often. THere are some other weaknesses but it's an anime just based on the action and weak emotion.

After they save Rukia it slowly starts going down hill. Once you get pass the 100 year flashback that is where things start getting worse.

Anyway, I did enjoy the chapter. Might be because having Ichigo trapped, unable to talk to anyone, but hear everyones voices was a great page.

I'm currently watching the Bount Arc, which seems to be pretty interesting so far. Of course, looking forward to seeing what happens with Aizen more than anything else, but I still wonder how they're going to get another 250+ episodes out of this (from where I'm at now, anyway).

Plus, anime stretches it out a lot. You've got chapters which you can read in 2-3 minutes or an episode which you watch in 3 times that. Then again, you could say the same about all anime/manga, but still. |:

[spoiler=Thoughts on Chapter 500.]Ack. More boredom. I'm going to say it's another unnamed Vandenreich, though, considering Grimmjow is ranked severely below Urahara in capabilities. We know what the kitty's tricks are already.

I've never been huge on manga; if I prefer the Anime, it's really only because you can visualize everything and see it all as it actually happens, if that makes any sense. Bleach is really intense and the show has been awesome so far; especially the Soul Society Arc and those fights. I've already noticed with this Bount Arc (I'm on Episode 80 as of this post), it seems to be dragged out a little bit; there hasn't been much fighting in the past few episodes and that makes it difficult to stay focused.

Still, episodes like Uryu's fight with that weird guy I can't remember and Ichigo's fight with Byakuya are ones I feel can only really be enjoyed fully by actually watching it. Maybe it's just me. :|

Well, they have too. If their anime catches up to the manga, then people would just watch the anime instead of buying the manga.

Even the epicness of fights dies out after Ichigo vs. Ulqui, and even that's arguably not epic considering... things.

I must say though, they're doing a really nice job building up the suspense of wanting to know what's going to happen with Aizen.

That, and I want to know if Uryu gets his powers back! >:(

Oh, you poor, poor child... Yes, I know you're older.

Have fun with heartbreak.

Lmao!

I do regret waiting this long to start watching it, especially having covered 80 episodes in the span of a week, but I start my job tomorrow so that's going to decrease significantly, anyway. The cliffhanger endings are just so frustrating, and there's so many unanswered questions xD

I don't have a clue who the sword-holder at the end there might be. Possibly Grimmjow, maybe Karin, it's whatever. Or it could be something boring like one of the Fraccion.

Kinda crazy how all of Soul Society's stooped to depending on one guy, but hey...we all know Kubo's stopped giving a damn and is trying to wrap things up, so whatever.

[spoiler= Hory Sheet]

So Byakuya actually was found out of his own weakness...fear...makes sense how a fearless warrior like him could have so much pride, but was psychologically weakened and then easily defeated. Prooves how deadly Quincy are. And it brings up a question: If the Vandreich are so powerful, is it that the amount of flowing Reishi or kept Reishi over time so powerfully spread?

And about the chapter itself, Kubo did a fine job on Byakuya's mindset and such. I loved it. Keep up the god work.
